What costs money
We only charge for things that genuinely cost us money to deliver. And we always show the price before you confirm.
- International transfers — small flat fee plus the live exchange rate. See it in the app before you send.
- Expedited transfers — same-day delivery for urgent payments.
- Physical cards — virtual cards are free; a physical one is a one-time €10 fee including shipping.
- Crypto swaps — 0.50% on the amount converted.
- Card top-ups — 1.50% processing fee when funding your account with a credit or debit card.
